An exceptional story, amazing descriptive writing, I felt totally part of the story a though I was actually here. And a great surprise ending as I've come to expect from this writer. Like the previous reviewer I too feel this is her best so far!
What a great short story, fantastic descriptive writing and a great story line, I found myself holding my breath in parts especially towards the end. I've read several of Justine Allen's short stories and this is probably the best so far in my opinion. Well done!
This is a gorgeous little story, full of scene setting details, but not unobtrusively so. When it finished my appetite for more was certainly whetted.
The tasty Prologue for Chronoviser is included.
This is a very short science fiction short story. The descriptive writing is very good. It's weak on character development and suspense. On the plus side, it is lighter than most science fiction short stories published today, which tend to be too dark.
